FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR
STREETS OF MAYON 111FORTANGE.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, has presented a First Supplemental Momorandhrs of Agreement,
in. accordance with 8, project statement submitted by the City for expenditure of
the 1/4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1943 allocated for streets
of major importance other than State hig.ways in the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full. and. is
familTar with the contents thereof;
NOW, TBEDEFONE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that saib. project statement be, and is hereby, adopted as the budget of proposed
expenditures of tha 1/4 cent as tax allocated for streets of major importance
other than State highways, and said First Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement
be, and the shine is hereby, approved, and the Mayer and the City Clerk are di-
rected to sign the same on behalf of shid city, said agreement to be binding upon.
