RESOLUTION NO. 2905
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
TO MARE APPLICATION TO THE FEDERAL WORKS AGENCY FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC ACTUATED
SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF WEBSTER STREET AND
ATLANTIC AVENUE IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA es follows;
That Don. C. McMillan, City Manager of the City of Alameda, be, and
he is hereby autnorize d and directed to make application to the Federal Works
Agency, or other appropriate Federal Agency, for Federal aid for the construc-
tion and installation of traffic actuated signals at the intersection of Webster
Street and Atlantic Avenue, in the City of Alameda.
I, the undersigned-, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of August, 1943, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Branscheid, Howe, Jones, Osborn and President
Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT; None.
