RESOLUTION FIXING COMPENSATION FOR POSITION OF REGISTERED
NURSE ON TEMPORARY EMPLOYMTNT FOR VACATION RELIEF, SICK.
RELIEF OR EXTRA WORK.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAKEDA that the salary for
the position of Registered Nurse in the Health Department of the City of Ala-
meda for employment on temporary basis as extra help for vacation relief,
sick relief or extra help, is hereby fixed at the rate of $175.00 per month,
if employment be on a monthly basis, and at the rate of $8,00 per day, if
employment be on a daily basis.
The maximum number of persons employed in such extra and temporary
position positiop at any one time shall be two (2).
The provisions of this resolution shall supersede provisions of
Resolution No. 2894 in conflict herewith.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Colinnil of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of August, 1943, by the following
veto, to wit:
