for the purchase and made arrangemento for transfer to the City of Alambda,
a gift, of the real property hereinafter described; aud,
WHIMIEMS, pursuant to said arrangements Central Title Company, Ltd., a
corJ oration, has executed a deed of grant, dated September 21, 1943, wherein
said corporation. conveys to the City of Alameda, a murvicipal corporation, that
certain real. property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State
of California, more partioularl described as follows, to wita
