APPOINTING 'MEMBER OF THE LIBRARY BOARD.
RESOLVED BY TILE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAYEBA that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alamed , and upon.
nomination of the Mayor, M. H. Buddington 12 hereby apooinLa to the office
of member of the Library Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing
on July 1, 1944 and expiring on June 30, 1949 and until his successor is
appointed and is qualified-

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the l7th day of May, 1944, by the following vote,
to wit:
