and Provisions for furnishing gasoline to the City of Alachda for the fiscal year
19E4-1945, No. ES o- 0-0, filed Or the office of the City Clerk on Yine 6, 1944,
be, and the same are hereby, approved and edopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, ttat the Council of the City of Alamedh will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 808 o'clock, D. m., on Tuesday, june 20, 19LE, for
the furniRhing to the City of gasoline for the fiscal year 1944-1945 in arcordanre
with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk
in the City Nall, Alameha, California, under scaled cover and plainly' marked on
the outside "Proposal for Gasoline."
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the
Cher e. of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest end best
bid. The righX is reserved to reject any or all bidh.
The City ClerX is hereby directed to advertise, in 1,01. Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in aecordance with the provisions of this
roeolution and of said S ecifications and Provisions.
