FIXING SALARY OF CITY PHYSICIAN AND -HEALTH OFFICER.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01 ALAMEDA that the salary of
the position of City Physician and health Officer of the City of Alwneda be,
and is hereby, fixed at the sum of 015.00 oar month.
BE ri FITRIEER RESOLVED that those portions of Resolution No. 3009
and all other resolutions or parts thereof in conflict herewith are, to the
extent of such conflict, hereby rescinded and annulled.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of August, 1944, by the following
