CREATING THE POSITION Cl' "RECREATION PROTECT MAINTENANCE
AND GROUNDONENPER" IN THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY AND PRESCRIBINE TUE DUTIES THEREOF:
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITE OF AIAMEDE as follows:
SECTION 1. There are hereby created and established in the Recreation
Department of• the City of Alameda. five (5) positions of employment each of which.
shall be known and designated as the position of "Recreation Project Maintenance
and Groundskeeper."
SECTION 2. The duties of the position. of Recreation Project Main-
tenance and Groundskeeper and of the person or persons holding such. position
shall be as folibws:
Under adminlstrative direction to keep grounds free prom rubbish and
waste matter; to majntain playground surfaces; to kbep buildings in. orderly
condhti) hj to inspect and kseb apparatus in state of repair; to taks care of
lights at night hefbre closing; and to do related work as required or direbted.
