DECORATING ExaaaioR OF FERE STATION' UM. 5.
WHEREAS, public interest and necessity require thg baintlng and decorat-
ing of the exterior of Fire Station. No. 5 located. at 304,0 Jackson Street in the
City of Alameda; and
HEREAS, the City Emgineer haa prepared Specifications and Ptovisions for
paluting and decorating the exterior of said fire station, which Specifications and
Provisions are numbered. PW 9-44-8 and. were filed in the office of the City Clerk of
said city on. September 19 1944;

thu aforesaid Specifications anti. Provisions, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be,
and the same are hATeby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the performance end. completion of thp work speci-
fied in said 'Specifications and. Provisions be, and the same is hereby, authorized.

charter of said City, to the rbsponsibie biddeT who submits the lowest and. best
bid. The rigbat is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications ammi Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder
on applicatio1 . to the City Engineer, at his office in the City. Hell, Alameda,
California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Climes-
Star, a notice 11 &j for sealed bidd in accordance with the provisions of this
resolutidn. and. of said Specifications and Provisions.
