ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION OF GRANT OF EASEMENT

livered to the City of Alamada a deed, dated September 29, 194a, granting te said.

deed, oval, under, along or across that camtain parcel or strip of lann situated
in the City. of AnUrneda, County of Alameda, State of California more particularly

BEEILHING at a point on the Northerly line of Eagle avanue,
Mistent thereon Westerly 240 feet from the intersection thereof
with the Westerly line of Ewerett Street. an sald. Avenue and
Street are shown on. the map hereinafter referred to; running
thahce Westerly along said line of Eagle Avanaa 5 feet; thence
