RESOLUTION NO. 3056
APPROVING AND ADOPTING PROPOSED LAW ENFORCEMENT MUTUAL
AID PLAY AND AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE DIAN BY
THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE 'CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WHEREAS there has been subrdAtted to this Councii .. a proposed Gina for

forth herein in full, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted; and.

City of Alameda be and he is hereby Authocazad and empowereP to order the performw
anee of such law enforcement mutual aid services, including the use of personnel
and facilities, aE may ho requested end he may deem available without unnecessarily
depleting tha cityts agpncies, outside the territorial limits of this jurisdictdon
in accordance with and pursuant to said Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Plan, an0, . sub-
