RESOLUTION NO. 3062
FIXING TFE SALARY OF POSITION OF CITY ENGINEER AND
SUPERINTENDENT 0' STREETS.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAYEDA that the salary of
the position of City Engineer and Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Alameda be, and is hereby fixed at $400.00 per month, effective as of December
1, 1944.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this resolution shall
supersede those portions or Resolution No. 3009 and of any other resolution in
conflict herewith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of
such conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of November, 1944, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Branscheid, Howe; Jones end President Godfrey, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilman Osborn, (1).
