RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Stanley D. Whitney be,
and. he is hereby, appointed to tte office of City Attorney of the City of
Alameda, effective December 6, 1944.
I, the ttadersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced end adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on tte 5th day c4 December, 1944, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dransoneid, Howe, Lanes and President Godfrey, (4).
