RESOLUTION NO. 3073
ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING SEVEN (7) TWO-DOOR
SEDANS AND/OR FOUR-DOOR SEDANS TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA,
CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING THE CITY' CLERK. TO ADVERTISE
T44 SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing seven (7) new, 1942 model, two-door and/or four-door
sedan automobiles to the City of Alameda, No, MS 12-44-10, filed in the office of
the City Clerk on December 19, 1944, be, and the same ure hereby, approved and
adopted.
RESOLVTD, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock, p. m., on the 2nd day of January, 1945,
for the furnishing to the City of seven (7) , new, 1942 model, two-door and/or four-
door sedan automobiles in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids
must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under
sealed. cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Automobiles," or
similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the
charter uf said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. ate right is reserved to reject any or all. bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the Pity of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of December, 1944, oy the following
