FIXING SALARY OF OFFICE AND POSITION OF DEPUTY CITY
ATTORNEY.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01 ALAMEDA that the salary of
the office and position of Deputy City Attorney, in the office of tae City
Attorney of the City of Alameda, is hereby fixed at the sum of $50.00 per
month.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of January, 1945, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Branscheid, Howe, Jones, Osborn and President
Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
