APPOINTING. TIEMBER OF PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD.
RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL 0E' THE CITY OF ALA0!E0A that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomina-
on of the Mayor, Frank McClintock ia hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a term expiring Jure
30, 1947, to fill the unexpired term of Thomas J. (Craig, resigned, and to serve
until his successor is appointed and quaiifled.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
