Resolution 03095RESOLUTION NO. 3095 TRANSFERRING $20.00 FROM INTEREST AND REDEMPTION FUND BOND ISSU1? NO. 7. TO GE r3RAL FUND. WHEREAS, certain interest coupons remain outstanding inconnection with bonds issued under and pursuant to Bond Issue No of the city of Alameda, said coupons being more particularly described as follows: Coupon No. Bond No. Series No. Redeemable Amount 27 42 14 let Monday in „Tune, 1915 $10.00 30 54 18 1st Monday in December, 1916 $10.00 WHEREAS, all matters in connection with said Bond Issue No. 7 exdept redemption of said two coupons have been terminated; and WHEREAS, said coupons have never been presented for redemption and the City is no longer under legal obligation to redeem said coupons; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of $20.00 held in Interest and Redemption Fund, Bond Issue No. 7 of the City of Alameda, for redemption of the aforesaid two coupons, be trans- ferred to the General Fund. The Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to make this transfer on his books. * * * * * * * * * * * the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of February, 1945, by the follow- ing vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Branscheld, Howe, Jones, Osborn. and President Godfrey, (5).
