OF ALALFDA AS STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE; REMOVING
DESIGNATION "STREET :1 MADOR IMPORTANCE" FROM POR-
TIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS

RESOLVED BY THE councia OF THE CIATil OF ALNELCA that, pursuant to the
provisions of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Oaliforrla, and.
particularly Section 195 thereof, the followimg portions of public streets •
within the City of Alameda, to wit:
ATLANTIC AVENUE from Main Street to Webster Street;
BUENA VISTA AVENUE from Webster Street to Park Street;
THIRD STREET from Central Avenue to Pacific Avenge;
LINCOLN AVENUE from Third Street to Fourth. Street;
SANTA CLARA AVENUE from. Third. Street to Webster Street;
TETTE STREET from Santa Clara Avenue to San Antonio Avenue;
SAN AF100N:10 AVENUE from Ninth Street to Morton Street;
CENTRAL AVENEE from Sherman Street to Gibbons Drive;
PARK STREET from San Jose Avenue to the Tidal Canal;
EAGLE AVENUE from .Park Street to Pearl Street,
PEARL STREET from Eagle Avenue to Fernside Boulevard;
GIBBONS 0. 1. from Central Avenue to Fernside Boulevard;
UjIGH STREET from all Jose Avenuo to Otis Drive,
be, and the same are hereby, designated as "Streets of MajOr Importance" within
the meaning of said Streets and Highways Code.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the desigration "Street of Major Importance"
heretofore given to the following portions of streets, to wit,
ATLANTIC AVENUE from its westerly termination to Hain Street;
PACIFIC AVETTa fro m. its westerly termination to Main Street;
FOURTH STREET from Lincoln n-:ui: to Pacific Avenue;
MORTON STREET from San Antonio Avenue to Santa Clara Avenue;
BROADWAY from no n30 Avenue to Blanding Avenue;
SAN
55713 AVENUE from. High Street to Peach Street,
PEACH STREET from San .Jose Avenue to Otis Drive,
be removed therefrom and that said portions of said. streets be deloted. from the
list of 300:110 00 Major Impoptanue of tha City of Alameda.
