WHIREAS, Assemblyman Randal F. Dickey has introduced a bill in. the
Legislature of the State of California providing for the establishment of a
State Building in. the East Bay area, which will house the various•State
Departments having branch offices in the East Bay area; and.
WEIICEAS, thpre is a vital necessity for subh a• building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE :ET RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA
