DEDICATING CERTAIN PROPERTY ,' FAY FARM ISLAND TO
PUBLIC USE FOR PLAYGROUND PURPOSES.
Witaid, it is desirable and in the public interest that certain
property owned by the City- o' Alameda on Nay 0011 island in said city be dedi-
mated to putlic use for blaygroumd purposes, said property being more particu-
larly- described. as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which bears North. 56* 40' 50"
West 89.68 feet from tide land survey stake No. 1 as such.

filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
Alameda County on the 9th day of June, 1888, arid therein
