AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO SELL SCRAP MATERTALS.
WNESEAS, tSs City of Alameda. has on. hand at its Corporation Yard certain
scrap. metals consisting of salvaged railroad rail and other miscellaneous parts
and pieces of metal which are no longer used useful;
NOW, THEREFORE, £1 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE ciTy OF ALAMEDA
that the City :Manager of said city be, and he is hereby, authorized and diracted
tc sell all of suet scrap metal, or any part thereof, at e price which shall not
exceed the maximum price established for such. :stain by the War Prodfuctioh Board
or other federal board ar agency haying power to fix prices. The City Manager
