RESOLUTION NO 3144
TRANSFERRING FUNDS - $4,065.45 - FROM ACCOUNT 70-b to
ACCOUNT 30-b.
WHEREAS, certain unanticipated expenditures for the maintenance and repair
of the City Hall were found to be necessary during the current fiscal year, said
expendltures amounting to the sum of $4,065.45 and having been made for the paint-
ing of the interior and the servicing of the floors and windows of the City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that, for the purpose of balancing the
budgeted amount of Account 30-b, there is hereby transferred from Account 70-b
(General Miscellaneous-Contingent) to Account 30-b (Repairs to City Hall) the sum
of $4,065.45, and that the City Auditor be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to make such transfer on the books and records of his office.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of Tune, 1945, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
