RESOLUTION NO. 3145
AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION BY CITY OF ALAMEDA
WITH THE FEDERAL WORKS ADMINISTRATION FOR FEDERAL
RECREATION Funs.
WHEREAS, the existing agreement between the United States of America
end the City of Alameda for the financing of a Federal Recreation Project in
the City of Alameda is about to expire; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda believes it highly advan-
tageous to the residents of the City to have this program continued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to file with the Federal Works Agency of the
United States of America, the application of the City of Alameda for funds with
which to carry on the Federal Recreation Project in said City for the fiscal
year 1945-1946.

the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of June, 1945, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
