RESOLUTION NO., 31.60
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE LIBRARY BOARD.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomina-
tion of the Mayor, William T. johns is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Library Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing July 1, ly45,
and expiring Tune 50, 1950, or until his successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of June, 1945, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
