APPOINTING IVIEMBER OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD.
RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF TA1 CITY OF ALAEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Chester of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, Charles Y. Romanowitz is hereby appointed to the
office of member of the Public Utilities Board or the City of Alameda for
a term commencing July 1, 1945, and expiring June 30, 1949, or until his
successor is appointed and qualified.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of June, 1945, by the following
