RESOLUTION NC.. 3164
CANCELLING TAX BILE NC. 6643 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1944-1945
COVERING PROPERTY SOLD AT AUCTION- EY TILE COLNTY OF ALAMEDA.
WHEREAS, that certain real property situated in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California covered by tax bill N. 6643 of the City
of Alameda for the fiscal. year 1944-1945 was sold for delinuuent taxes on March
28, 1945, at auction, by the Tax Collector of Alameda County, with the consent
of the City, in accordance with the provisions of Division 2, Part 6, of the
Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California, which real property is
described on said tax bill No. 6643 as follows:
N Lincoln Ave 216 Ft W' Peru St w 69 Et N 300 Ft; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a remittance from the County of Alameda
covering the City's share of the money received at the aforesaid auction sale,
which remittance includes taxes for the year 1944-1945, for which reason the
County has requested that the City cancel its aforesaid tax bill No. 6643;
NON, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED NT THE COUNCIL OF 1140 CITY CP ALAMEDA
that said tax bill No. 6643, for the fiscal year 1944-1945, covering the
property hereinabove described be, and is hereby, cancelled.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 26th day of june, 1.945, by the
