TRANSFERRING $14,162.82 FROM TEE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
CONTROL EIMD TO THE GENERAL FuNr CF THE CITY OF ALATOEUA.
WHEREAS, certain moneys have been delivered to and received by the
city of Alameda. from the State of California end deposited in. the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Fund, pursuant to the provisions of the Alcoholic Heverage
Control Act (Statutes of 1935, page 1123, as amended) and the provisions or
Resolution No. 2212, adopted by tbis Council OR Deeerriter 7, 193'!; and
WHEREAS, -there has beeh expended from the General Fund of the City,
solely for the prutoses specified in said act and in said resolution, the sum
of .14,162.82 in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Police
Department, and of the Police Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY CY ALAMEDA.
that the sum of t14,162,82 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from. the
Alcoholic Beverage Control Fund to the General Fund of the City.
The Auditor and tne Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their respective books.
