THE GENERAL FUND OF TUN CITY OF ALAMEDA,
'WHEREAS, certain moneys have been deposited in the In Lieu Tex Fund,
pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2887, adopted by this Council on
,Iuly 6, 1,943; and
WHEREAS, the sum. of $60,416.6b has been expended from the General
Fund of the City for the purposes authorized in the act referred to in said
resoluition, namely, for law enforcement and the regulation Find control and fire
protection of hi6nway traffic in tne City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, 130 IT RE3CEVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIAMEDA
that the sum of $.60,430.66 te, and the sumo to hereby, transferred from the In
Lieu Tax Fund to the General Fund of the City.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their respective, books.
