RESOLUTION NO. 3177
ESTABLISHING PART TIME POSITION OF BILLING MACHINE OPERATOR
AND FIXING SALARY THEREOF,
RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that there be, and is
hereby, established the part time position of Billing Machine Operator. Employ-
ment in such position shall be irregular, as City needs may require. The holder
of said position of employment shall be assigned to any department by the City
Manager, upon request of the head of such department, for such length of time as
said head of department shall deem necessary, subject to the approval of said
City Manage, and the compensation paid shall be charged to the department where
such work
is performed.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the compensation to be paid to the person
holding the position of part time Billing Machine Operator shell he at the
rate of $6.50 per day.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall super-
sede those portions of Resolution No. 3175 and of any other resolutions in con-
flict nerewith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such
conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
