EXPRESSING TO MR.. S. M. HASLETT TEE APPRECIATION OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR HIS =VICES AS A MFMBER OF
TEE CITY PLANNING 30333.
The Council. of tne City of Alameda has learned with great regret of
the decision of S. M. ilosiett to not accept reappointment to the City Planning
Board, and being mindfud of the twenty years of faithful and devoted service
rendered to the City by Mr. Hasiett as a member of the City Planning Board and
its predecessor, the City Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda
wishes to, and does hereby, express to Mr. Haslett its deep sense of appreciation
and sincere thanks for the great ability brought by him to the performance of his
duties as e member and President of the City Planning Eoard, and extends to him
its heartiest congratulations on the completion of a splendid job.
BF IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be spread in /311 upon
the minutes of this meeting and that a copy thereof be transmitted to Mr. Haslett
that it may give to him a visible record of the sentiments herein expressed.
