AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL WORM
ACENCY, BUREAU OF CONIMNITY FACILITIES FOR SEVER
PLANNING FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda, pursuant to authorization contained in
Resolution No. J4o adopted by this Council on Dine 5, 1945, filed with the
Federal Works Acency, Dureati of Community Facilities an application for a loan
of Federal. funds for the purpose of planning the sewer program of the City of
Alamoda, said application being filed under the terms of the War Mobilization
and Reconversion Act cf 1944, Title T thereof; and
WHEREAS, the BUreall of Community Facilities of the Federal Works
ger cy. is prepared to enter into an agreement with the City to advance the sum
of t6,0CD. for the aforesaid purposes and has submitted an Agreement and Publir
Voucher for Advance, BCE FOrlri 405, stating the term and conditions under which
paymenta pursuant thereto will he made to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read acid agreement in full and
is familiar with the contents thereof and the form cf said agreement has been
filed with tare City Clerk July 17, 1945.

RESOLVER, FURTHER, that the Eayer of the City of Alameda be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to execute atd. the City Clerk be, end he is
hereby, autnorized and directed to attest and certify an agreemont substantially
in the form and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the form of
agreement filed with the City Clerk as aforesaid.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of Tuly, 1.945, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen HOWQ, Tones, Osborn, Sweeney end President
