Finance to provide financial assistance to Local Agenhies define, therein as
counties, cities or cities and counties (10 the purpose 0' dafraying not to ex-
ceed. one-half the cost of preparing enginharing field surveys, engineering or
architectural designs, and hhrklng and detailed dragGngs and. specifications

WHEREAS, thh City' of Alameda desires to apply to the Pirhator of
Finance and/or tho Past War Public Whrks Review Board, as the case may. be, for
an allotment of tho State's share of the estimated cost of preparing tho corm
platted plans hereinafter mlontiotned, and there has been pismrgred and presented
to this Begiwiative Body for consideration an application for such purposes; ankt
WHEREAS, said City has provided, or will mhke avmilable upon sphhoval
of tha aforementiched aphlicatian, sufficient. fdpds to prepare the comhieteh
phans herein. mentioned;
NOW THEREFORE, BF IT RESSMWMP, that said City submit the aforessih.

being not more than one-half thh cost of preparing said completed piero, or for
schh amount as may be approved by the Director of Finance and/or the Post War
