FIXING THE SALARY OF THE POSITION OF MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
IN THE PARES AND PLAYGROUNDS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA.
RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF TEF CITY OF ALAMEDA that the salary of
the position of maintenance Mechanic in the Parks and Playgrounds Department
of the City of Alameda be, and is hereby, fixed at $216.00 per month on the
basis of a forty-hour work week; that the straight time hourly rate is hereby
fixed at $1.245; and the hourly rate for over forty (40) hours work per week
is hereby fixed at $1.87.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall super-
sede those portions of Resolution No. 3175 and of any other resolution in con-
flict herewith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such
conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled onthe 18th day of September, 1945.
