RESOLUTION NO. 3223
FIXING THE SALARY OF THE POSITION OF SEWER FOREMAN IN THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA,
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the salary of the
position of Sewer Foreman in the Street Department of the City of Alameda be
and is hereby, fixed at $208.00 per month on the basis of a forty-hour work
week; that the straight time hourly rate is hereby fixed at $1.20; and the
hourly rate for over forty (40) hours work per week is hereby fixed at t1.80.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall
supersede those portions of Resolution No. 3175 and of any other resolution
in conflict herewith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent
of such conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the lbth day of September, 1945, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscbeid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
