CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF GROUNDSKEEPER IN THE
PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
AND FIXING THE SALARY THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that one (1)
additional permanent position of Groundskeeper in the Parks and Playgrounds
Department of the City of Alameda, be, and the same is, hereby created and
established.
That the salary for such additional position of Groundskeeper is
hereby fixed at $183.00 per month on the basis of a forty-hour work week, and
the straight time hourly rate is hereby fixed et $1.05; that the hourly rate
for over forty (40) hours work per week is hereby fixed at $1.575.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of September, 1945, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Bransoheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
