RESOLUTION NO. 3255
ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR OPERATING REFRESHMENT CONCESSION
IN WASHINGTON PARK AND LINCOLN PARK FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING
JANUARY 1, 1946, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1946.
RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the specifications,
filed in the office of the City Clerk December 4, 1945, No. 1.B 12-45-12, for
operating refreshment concession in Washington Park and in Lincoln Park, in the
City of Alameda, California, for the period commencing January 1, 1946, and end-
ing December 31, 1946, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock, P. M., on Tuesday, December 18, 1945,
for the privilege of operating refreshment concession :in Washington Park and in
Lincoln Park, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with said specifications.
Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, in Alameda, California,
under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Park Conces-
sion," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who
submits the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda-Times-
star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with: the provisions of this
resolution and of said specifications.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of December, 1945, by the following
vote, to wit:

Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
