CUIVERTS AND STORM WATER DISPOSAL SYSTEMS PIANNING
FUNDS.
WIDWIKES, under the terms of the War Mobilization and PecaTversion Act
of 1944, Title V thereof, Federal funds have been made available to cities, on a.
loan nos is, for the purpose of financing the preparation of plans for public
works; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has been. informed by the
