RESOLUTION NO. 3269
AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT IN GENERAL FUND OF MCNE7n' RECEIVED
T BUILDING TNSPECTOR FROM AN UNNNOM PERSCN.
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector of the City of Alameda did, on the
19th day of Tune, 1944, receive from a person or persons unknown, for a purpose
unknown to the Building Inspector, the sum of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) in United
states currency, which money was forthwith placed in the custody of the City Clerk
pending identification of the person who remitted same, or discovery of the pur-
pose for which it was remitted; and
WHEREAS, neither the person remitting said moneys nor the Purpose for
which it was remitted have been identified or ascertained,
NOW, THERITCRE, DE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to deposit
said sum of Twenty Dollars (320.00) in the General Fund of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of January, 1946, by the following
vote, to wit:
