TRANSFERRING '.50,000. FROM THE CASH BSI UND TO THE
GENERAL FUND.
RESOLVED BY TIL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of
$50,000.00 be, and is nereby, transferred from the Cash Dasis Fund. to the
City of Alameda to the General Fund.
The Auditor and Treasurer are authorized and directed to make the
necessary transfers on their rospective books.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of March, 1946, by the following
vote, to wit:
Councilmen Howe, Jones, Sweeney and President ErEinschcid, (4).
NOES: None.
ADSENT: Councilman Osborn, (1).
