RESOLUTION NO. 3286
IN APPRECIATION OF TPI SERVICE OF .TEE HONORABLE
RANDAL F. DICKEY.
WEEREAS, the Legislature of the State of California, in its Special
Session just closed, enacted tne "Contruction and Employment Act", under the
terms of which state surplus funds in the sum of t90,400,000.00 were allocated
to the Cities and. Counties of the State; and
Dr[IEREAS, the Honorable Randal F. Dickey, Assemblyman of this District,
gave to the passage of this 13111 his continuous, consistent and vigorous support,
and by so doing, served what this Council deems to be the best interests of the
City of Alameda,
NOW, THEREFORE, 135 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that, for and on behalf of the people of the City, it does hereby extend, to the
Honorable Randal F. Dickey its thanks for and hearty commendation of his able
representation of this City in the enactment of this legislation.; and
BE IT FURTPIER RESOLVED, that this resolution be spread in full upon
the minutes of these proceedings, and that a certified copy thereof be forwarded
to the Honorable Randal F. Dickey as a token of the Cityts appreciation of his
efforts in its behalf.
