TO ADVRISE: THE SIDLE.
RESOLVED BY TEN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Previsions for furnishing one (1) new, 1946 model; two-door and/or four-door
sedan automobile to the City of Alameda, ED. MS 4-46-9, filed. in the office 1)
the City Clerk on April 2, 1946, bc, and the saris are hereby approved axed adopted.
RESOLVED EUngHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. ME: on Tuesday, the 16th day of April,
1946, for the furnishing to the City of one (1) new, 1946 =del, i0 0311 and/or
four-door sedan automobile in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions.
Side must be presented. to the City 03 r3 in the City kulde, Alameda, California,
under sealed cover and pla.inly marked sh the outside, 9:Proposal for Autonebile,9
or similar dDsignation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to tto srovisions of tno
charter
GO said City, to the responsible bidder whe submits the lcwast and test
bid. The right is reserved. to redect shy or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in. the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice ceiling for sealed. bids, in accordance with the provisions of
this resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.
