WHEREAS, tn. ordmr to acquire said temporary dwelling unins it is neces-
sary- that the Housing Authority of the City- of Alammda enter into an. agreement
with the 'United States of America muting by and tar:Eno:1P the Federal Public Reusing
Authority for as many dwelling units as may be madm available to the City of Ala-
meda by the Government aur the above purpose, pursuant to saib. Htle V of the
Lanham Act and. applicable rules and regulatinns issuod. thereander;
