RESOLUTION NO. 3308
TRANSFERRING $35,731.32 FROM THE IN LIEU TAX FUND TO THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF ALANEDA.
WHEREAS, certain moneys hav e been deposited in the In Lieu. Tax Fund,
pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 28.87, adopted by this Council on
July 6, 1943; and
WHEREAS, the 5um of $55,731.32 has been expended from the General Fund
of the City for the purposes authorized in the act referred to in said resolution,
namely, for law enforcement and the regulation and control and fire protection of
highway traffic in the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the sum of $35,731.32 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the In
Lieu Tax Fund to the General Fund of the City.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their respective books.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of May, 1946, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
