RESOLUTION NO. 3320
APPOINTING AN ACTING CITY MANAGER DURING TUT ABSENCE
OF TEE CITY MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the Council has authorized and directed the City Manager to
represent the City of Alameda at conferences to be held in Washington, D. O. and
Montreal, Canada, which will result In his absence from the City for a consider-
able period of time,
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIIY OF ALAMEDA
that CARL FROERER be, and he is hereby, anpoin ed Acting City Manager of the
City of Alameda during the absence of the City Manager on the aforesaid mission.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council. of the City of Alameda.
in regular meeting assembled on the ,Fth day of June, 1946, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Tones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Eranscheid, (5).
