APPOINTING 1TVBER 07 THE BOARD OF CAT
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Chapter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomin-
ation of the Mayor, Rudolph E. Bosshard is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Board of Education of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on Ally 1,
1946, and expiring on June 30, 1951, and until his successor is appointed and is
qualified,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of June, 1946, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
