APPOINTING M-EMBERS OF TN SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomio-
ation of the Mayor, Mrs. Ellen Godfrey and The Reverend Ralph Conard are hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Social Service Board of the City of
Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 1946, and expiring on June 30, 1949,
and until their successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the Ibth day of June, 1946, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
