RESOLUTION NO. 3328
APPOINTING MEMBER OF PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAJEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomin-
ation of the Mayor, John M. O'Dea is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing
July 1, 1946, and expiring on Tune 30, 1950, and until his successor is ap-
pointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify teat the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of June, 194b, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
