RESOLUTION FIXINC TEE DAY, HOUR AND PLACE FOR TEE NEARING
AND 'PASSING UPON THE REPORT OF 1120 SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS,
NOS. 2, OF 11X3 COST OF REPAIR OF CERTAIN' DEFECTIVE CONDITIONS,
AND ANY OBIECTIONS OR PROTESTS THERETO.
SE IT RESOLVED that the hour of 3:00 o'clock, P.M., on the 2nd day of
July, 1946, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Alameda, california, 15
hereby fixed as the day, hour and place for the heuring and passing upon the
report of the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Alameda, Nos. 2, and on
the coats of repairs made pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 of the
"Improvement Act of 1911" of the State of California to certain defective con-
ditions set forth in his report to this Counbil, end filed with the city cleric
on the 18th day of Iune, 1946, and of hearing objections or protests thbroto,
if any, which may be raised by any proce-by owner likely to be assessed for
the cost of such repair, end Eny other interested person.

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda Ln regular meeting assembled on the 2020 . day of June, 1946, by the
