DECIARING PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE
ACKUIEITION OF 0ERIALN LAKIBS FOR PUBLIC PARK PURPOSES.
RESOLVES BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEBA, and said Council
hereby finds and determines that the nubile interest and necessity reguAre the
acquisition. by sled City of Alameda, for usa by raid city for public park
purposes, all of these certain lots, nieces cr parcels of land situate, lying
and being in.. said City of Alameda, County of Alameda, 0Inta el California, anh

City Council, to subscribe to a complaint in the Superior Court of said. Alameda
