AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGNEENENT WITH ROBERTS ENTERPRISES,
A CORPORATION, COVERIND SUBDIVISION OT' TRACT' NO. 782.
WHEREAS, Roberts Enterprises, 0 corporation, has applied to the City cf
Alanedn for approval of its final map for the subdivision of Tract Mo. 'i82; and
WHEREAS, sold Roberts Enterprises, a corporation, has requested the City
of Ale.meda to authorize it to peTform certain or improvements in compaction
with said subdivision at o imo subsequent to the uproval of said final man; and
,AUNREAS, the City of Alameda tel that it will be to the advanto,ye
and benefit of the City of Alameda to have said work performed; and
'412ERE45, a form of agreement containing the stipulations and agreements
to be stioulated ease agreed upon, by and between the City of Alajneda and said
Roberts Enterprisen, a corporation, covering the said construction work:, has been
prepared and submitted to this Council at its adjourned regular meeting held
Sectember 13, 146, and ordered filed with the City Clerk of said City:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
That the form of agreement referred to in the preamble hereof and the
terms, covenants, agreements and provisions thereof be, and the same are. hereby,
approved.
That the said agreement be entered into, and that the City Manager of
the City of Alameda be, and he ir hereby, authorized and directed to eneoite
said agreement on behalf of tha City of Alameda, anA the Gity Clerk is authorized
